Refund policy

-Can I return or exchange my product(s)?

 Products Eligible for Return Must Be: 

  • Must be returned by customer & received by pickNwearus within 30 calendar days of original receipt of delivery to customer
  • Wigs, Hair Additions (Toppers) in original factory condition
  • Unworn, no brushing and scent free of tobacco smoke, food odors, etc.
  • Unaltered (NO change in Factory Parting)
  • Tags attached (NOT Removed or Cut and Reattached)
  • In its original box, wrapping, net, etc. 

Products NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Items exceeding 30 calendar days of the return window on original receipt of delivery 
  • Items awarded during a giveaway
  • Items returned without tags attached as they were received
  • Items altered and or washed

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at info@picknwearus.com with the subject line "Return Request."

  2. Provide Information: In your email, include the following information:

Your full name

Order number

Date of purchase

Reason for the return

 

-All exchanges can be done based on your original order. If the item you are exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we will charge you for the difference in price.

-Your exchange will be processed after we have received your return.

-Please note, shipping charges will be not refunded. 

-Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the returned products are received by pickNwearus.

-Refunds may take 5 -7 business days to process once pickNwearus has received the returned product. It may take longer to reflect in your accounts, please allow the appropriate time that your bank requires to reflect on your statements.

There will be a 20% Restocking Fee from your order along with Customer-Paid Shipping.  pickNwearus does not provide return labels, customers are responsible for returning each package in the same state as they were shipped in. Any refusal of package that requires a fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

 -Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for your return.
