-When will my order ship?
Each order is carefully packed to order within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the following business day.
You will get a notification when your order is headed your way! You can track your package with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email!

-Delivered, but not received?
All orders come with a tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email!
pinkNwearus will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center or where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address, but not received. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.
-What does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?
Standard domestic shipping (3-5 business days) is FREE when you spend $100 or more! Shipping cost is $6.99 for orders under $100.
*Your order subtotal must be $100 USD after discounts and before taxes to qualify for free shipping. Once you enter your address at checkout, your shipping costs will auto populate.

-Changes to Orders or Cancellation of Orders
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been submitted.
-Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a change in shipping address.
To request an address change, please contact info@picknwearus.com with your name and order number. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.
-Defective Products
If you received defective products, please contact us [info@picknwearus.com]. We will provide instructions for returning the items and will cover the return shopping costs in such cases.
-How to request a Return
1. Contact us : Send an email to our customer support team at info@picknwearus.com with the subject line " Return Request."
2. Provide information: In your email, include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the return.
Please await approval: We will review your request and notify you of its status with in five (5) business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
-Can I return or exchange my product(s)?

Products Eligible for Return Must Be:
Must be returned by customer & received by pickNwearus.
-Within 30 calendar days of original receipt of delivery to customer
-Wigs, Hair Additions (Toppers) in original factory condition
-Unworn, no brushing and scent free of tobacco smoke, food odors, etc.
-Unaltered (NO change in Factory Parting)
-Tags attached (NOT Removed or Cut and Reattached)
-In its original package, wrapping, net, etc.
-Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the returned products are received by pickNwearus.
-Refunds may take 5 -7 business days to process once pickNwearus has received the returned product. It may take longer to reflect in your accounts, please allow the appropriate time that your bank requires to reflect on your statements.
Products NOT Eligible for Return:
-Items exceeding 30 calendar days of the return window on original receipt of delivery
-Items awarded during a giveaway
-Items returned without tags attached as they were received
-Items altered and / or washed
Exchange Product
-All exchanges can be done based on your original order. It has to be unopened. If the item you are exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we will charge you for the difference in price.
-Your exchange will be processed after we have received your return.
-Please note, shipping charges will be not refunded.
There will be a 20% Restocking Fee from your order along with Customer-Paid Shipping. pickNwearus does not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for returning each package in the same state as they were shipped in. Any problems during the shipping is not the responsibly of pickNwearus. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining a copy of the shipping receipt for your records.
-Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for your return.
